Your Mission and Benefits

You manage the bar and the dining area: During your shift, you are responsible for the bar and ensure that drinks, mochis, and the entire dining area run smoothly.

You have an overview of seating: You assign our guests the appropriate seats and ensure that our concept of quick but pleasant turnover works in everyday life.

You are the first point of contact for our guests: When it comes to questions about QR code ordering, you are there to ensure a smooth guest experience - from entering to paying.

You lead your team: You manage a team of deputy restaurant managers, kitchen staff, dishwashers, and runners per shift, ensuring that everyone knows what to do.

Part of the IZA Gang from the beginning: We are currently building something new - and as one of our first restaurant managers, you take on responsibility even before the concept is implemented in further restaurants. Your opinion matters, your ideas are welcome, and with our growth, new opportunities arise for you - up to the perspective of training future restaurant managers for our next locations.

What you bring to the table

Leadership experience in gastronomy: You have already led a team in service or gastronomy and know how to keep an overview during a shift.

Hands-on mentality: You pitch in, think along, and have no problem stepping in where help is needed - whether at the bar, seating, or in the kitchen.

Clean & reliable: You work precisely, follow clear processes, and ensure that quality and cleanliness are maintained - as a trusted person, you also need a keen eye on open bottles and the cash register.

Team spirit: You are reliable, respectful, and eager to be part of a young IZA Gang that grows together.

Communication skills: You can clearly assign tasks to your team and are a friendly, competent contact person for our guests.
