We know that hospitality can be demanding. That is why your time off should be worth something too: as a rule, we close between Christmas and shortly after New Year’s, and you also get your birthday off. You prepare our dishes: Working with clear recipes and processes, you help ensure that our ramen, dumplings and side dishes leave the kitchen consistently and in the right quality.

You keep your station running: You prepare and portion ingredients and components, restock your station and maintain an overview throughout the service.

You work closely with our runners: You process incoming orders, assemble each order completely and make sure every tray is ready for a fast and accurate handover.

You take care of quality and hygiene: You follow our standards and keep your workstation clean, organised and ready for service.

Experience is welcome, but not essential: Previous experience in hospitality or a kitchen is helpful, but traditional culinary training is not required. Motivation, willingness to learn and enjoyment of practical work are more important.
