We know that hospitality can be demanding. That is why your time off should be worth something too: as a rule, we close between Christmas and shortly after New Year’s, and you also get your birthday off. You keep our dishwashing area running: You clean bowls, trays, containers, kitchen utensils and other equipment quickly and thoroughly.

You keep turnaround times short: Our runners bring used trays directly back to the kitchen. You make sure clean dishes and equipment are ready for the next service as quickly as possible.

You maintain an overview: You organise your area so that clean and used equipment remain separate and the workflow continues smoothly.

You take care of cleanliness and hygiene: You keep the dishwashing station, work surfaces and surrounding area clean and follow our defined standards.

You support the team: When the situation allows, you help with simple kitchen or cleaning tasks and work with the rest of the team to keep the restaurant running.

Part of the IZA Gang: We are building something new, and you will be part of our very first restaurant from day one. Your work is an essential part of our operations.
