We know: Gastronomy is demanding: That's why your free time should be valuable too: Between Christmas and shortly after New Year's, you usually have time off with us - just like on your birthday. And depending on the number of hours, you'll also receive vouchers for things that bring you joy outside of work.

You bring the bowl to the table: You carry our Iza trays with Ramen Bowl, Side Dish, and Sauce Tray directly from the printer call to the right table - quickly, safely, and with a smile.

You keep an eye on the dining area: You seat guests and ensure that our concept works in everyday life.

You keep the place clean: After clearing the table, you take the trays directly back to the kitchen - we don't have storage trays, just short distances and order.

Part of the IZA Gang: We are currently building something new - and you are there as a runner at our very first restaurant right from the start. Your opinion matters, your ideas are welcome, and with our growth, new opportunities will also arise for you.

Thinking ahead instead of just working: Good processes are teamwork for us. If you see that something can be done easier, faster, or better, we want to hear about it.

What you bring

Hands-on mentality: You pitch in, think along, and have no problem jumping in where help is needed - whether at the table, at the bar, or when clearing.

Clean & reliable: You work precisely, follow clear processes, and ensure that quality and cleanliness are right - after all, the bowl should arrive hot and the dumplings warm at the table.

Team spirit: You are reliable, respectful, and eager to be part of a young IZA team that grows together.

Experience? Welcome, but not required: Experience in gastronomy is helpful but not mandatory. More important are motivation, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for practical work in the restaurant.
