Kitchen Crew Member (m/f/d) – Full-time / Part-time / Mini-job / Working Student

  • On-site
    • Munich, Bayern, Germany
  • Restaurant

Join us from day one: Become part of the first IZA Kitchen Crew and help bring our ramen, dumplings and side dishes to life.

Job description

Your mission and benefits

We know that hospitality can be demanding. That is why your time off should be worth something too: as a rule, we close between Christmas and shortly after New Year’s, and you also get your birthday off. Depending on your weekly hours, you will also receive vouchers for things you enjoy outside work.

You prepare our dishes: Working with clear recipes and processes, you help ensure that our ramen, dumplings and side dishes leave the kitchen consistently and in the right quality.

You keep your station running: You prepare and portion ingredients and components, restock your station and maintain an overview throughout the service.

You work closely with our runners: You process incoming orders, assemble each order completely and make sure every tray is ready for a fast and accurate handover.

You take care of quality and hygiene: You follow our standards and keep your workstation clean, organised and ready for service.

Part of the IZA Gang: We are building something new, and you will be part of our very first restaurant from day one. Your opinion matters, your ideas are welcome and our growth will create new opportunities for you too.

Think with us, not just work through tasks: Great processes are a team effort. When you see a way to make something easier, faster or better, we want to hear it.

Job requirements

What you bring

A hands-on attitude: You enjoy practical work, take initiative and support the team wherever help is needed.

Care and reliability: You work accurately, follow clear processes and make sure quality and hygiene standards are met.

Speed with focus: Even when several orders come in at the same time, you stay focused and work through them step by step.

Team spirit: You are respectful, reliable and excited to join a young IZA Gang that is growing together.

Experience is welcome, but not essential: Previous experience in hospitality or a kitchen is helpful, but traditional culinary training is not required. Motivation, willingness to learn and enjoyment of practical work are more important.
