Job description
Your Mission and Benefits
We know: Gastronomy is demanding: That's why your free time should be valuable too: Between Christmas and shortly after New Year's, you usually have time off with us - just like on your birthday. And depending on the number of hours, you'll also receive vouchers for things that bring you joy outside of work.
Everything ready to go: You prepare ingredients, workstations and equipment and make sure every station has exactly what it needs.
You keep things moving: Running low on ingredients, packaging or equipment? You stay on top of it, restock and flag shortages early.
Join the IZA Gang: We’re building something new – and you’ll be part of it from day one. Your opinion matters, your ideas are welcome, and new opportunities grow with us.
Think along, don’t just follow: Great processes are a team effort. If you see a way to make something simpler, faster or better, we want to hear it.
Job requirements
What you bring
Hands-on mentality: You get stuck in, think ahead and are happy to help wherever the team needs you.
Clean and reliable: You work carefully, follow clear processes and make sure quality and cleanliness are always on point.
Team spirit: You’re reliable, respectful and excited to be part of a young IZA Gang that’s growing together.
Experience? Great, but not essential: Experience in kitchens, production or hospitality is a plus, but not a must. Motivation, willingness to learn and a practical mindset matter more to us.
